- Allison Reefer Added 2017-07-29★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had an accident and my insurance suggested this place. I was told to go in 30 min and they would have a vehicle ready for me. I went an hour later and was told they had no information and no car available for me. I checked with my insurance company and they verified my info was sent to their central booking office. The girl working there didn't even attempt to check their central booking office. I was without a vehicle and had to get a friend to drive me all the way over there for nothing. I was later contacted and told I would be picked up at 4:30pm, the driver didn't even show up. Nobody even called me to say he would be late. I tried calling multiple times between 4:45-5pm and they didn't answer the phone. Horrible customer service. Very unorganized.
